Snickity Classes & Basketball

Been a while since an update. Things with Snickity have been going well and I’m including a few pictures of her at dog obedience school. So far we’ve learned to:

Walk on a leash
Sit
Stay

This past week’s lesson it was snowing heavily and trying to teach the dog to sit & stay was a challenge. But she did well. A few weeks ago I twisted my ankle badly standing on a curb talking to a few friends. Yeah, wish I had a good story, but I don’t. The ankle swelling has finally went down (from 2 weeks ago) and my ankle is still yellow, purple and various other shades. This has meant that I have not been able to take the pup out for long walks. We’ll be back to it in a few weeks and Erin has been spending time walking this week since she is at home on Spring Break! It also means I had to miss dodgeball game #1 for work this week. Erin came along and after dodgeball a basketball game broke out, luckily I had my camera.

So what else is going on at the house? Erin has started painting and I have put a small hole in the wall. Tonight some phi sigma pi folks are coming over for dinner (tacos) so that will take most of the evening. Looking forward to it.
