Caution: Random thoughts ahead...

Right now "Listen to your Heart" by Roxette is playing. For some reason I woke up this morning and while wondering around my room (yes, wondering, the first 20 minutes after I wake up I usually have no idea what is going on) I thought, "Haven't heard Roxette in a while." And with songs like Joyride & Dangerous who would not miss them?

What's been going on? Well I am getting my own clients at work, so we'll see how that goes. I am expecting to trip on some things, but that's part of the learning process. As time has went on I find myself getting into my work more and more and am now even reading material related to management and software design outside of work. My most current read has to do with web application design from the designers perspective. There are a lot of good ideas that I plan on working into the way I manage my clients. A few of them have caused some pretty good discussion here at work and I've learned to respectfully disagree on multiple occasions. Many of the procedures that I am implementing are new, I think the change carries fear alongside of it. Change, now there is a topic, I'll have to write a paper someday.

Until then, it's back to work. Trying to ignore my left bottom jaw, since I was drilled on this morning. They had to novicane me up multiple times to get it right. Nothing more un'nerving (bad pun :) than a needle coming at your gums than a needle coming at your gums at least 10 times (I'm not joking).
