Knee & Graduation

Have been meaning to blog for a while as there is plenty going on. First is that my knee won't run. Strange way to say it, but it's been the case. I can go out and play Ultimate, but I am having issues running for a prolonged period of time. This has been more of a mental challenge because I'm set on working out and have started training for the next half-marathon. So my next decision is how to handle this. I can pick up where I left off last fall and go have an MRI done, deal with insurance and the like. If there is anything wrong then I obviously won't be running the half-marathon. If nothing is wrong I rest up and train. The other choice is to hope it goes away, but that seems pointless, since it came back after months of rest. Stay Tuned.

Last night I went to a cousin's (Chris White) graduation at Pulaski High School. Saw family from SW VA and North Carolina. Erin came to see the celebration as well. When all was said and done we ended up at Sonic eating more ice cream than I have seen in a long time and it was great! I am proud of Chris finishing up 13 years of school and hope he enjoys his time off before heading to his first year of college this fall.

And staying tuned I shall be...hope it feels better sooner than later, and that you can avoid those extra expenses.
