Convict in Blacksburg

Today was a long day for Blacksburg. Long story short, an escaped convict was on the loose. Driving to work I ran into roadblock after roadblock, some just being set-up. I get to work to find a sign on the door that says to keep it locked and to use your key. There were cops, dogs, helicoptors and more sirens than I have ever heard throughout a day. The whole town was frozen in some way or another.

The trail where the crime happened is one I frequent and know well. The convict was captured 2 hours ago a block away. How does someone get to this point? Lots of questions, not many answers. What I do know is the town once again feels safe & I can't wait to hug my wife...

Hi Rex and Erin,
Was very concerned for your safety, as to how does it get this far? That is a lifetime question that you gain in knowledge when you have experienced the Ungodly, Godley, and the Justice system of our world. The real question is, how long well we have a system that treats humans like crazed animals with no future of survival except for what put them there to begin with. In the military in order to survive it would require the taking another’s life. That is legal for the military. We would like to think that we are above this in our society. The fact is, as our society keeps kicking our unfortunate, they are fighting for survival. You are going to have explosions of survival everywhere you do not have caring, compassion, and love and you only get those feelings and actions by living with them or purposely doing them. In our Justice system you find Taking, greed, and hate. There are a lot of people in this world that needs a lot of help.
