Nice day for a White Wedding

This past weekend I traveled to a wedding in Martinsville, VA. By all accounts it was a very nice wedding and Jared and Jamie looked great. It was also my 3rd Phi Sigma Pi wedding, which means a lot of the wedding guests were VT and Fraternity alumni. This always makes things real interesting. For example I saw the best entrance into a reception that I have ever seen. The DJ announced that Jared and Jamie would be entering the reception hall and right then "Enter Sandman" came blaring through the speakers. For those of you who have not been to a VT home game, this is the song that brings the team out on to the field in front of 65,000+ screaming fans. Needless to say everyone started jumping and it felt like a football game, only everyone was dressed up. Maybe like a UVA game then?

All in all it was a good weekend. I have a BUSY week ahead of me and am looking forward to getting a lot of things finished up (sending Christmas Cards, Wrapping Gifts, paperwork, etc.) The plan is that when January rolls around there is very little on my list of things to do...
