Monday morning and I think I am mostly recovered from last week. On Wednesday morning I drove up to New Jersey and Erin came along. We stayed at a friend's place (along with 30+ other folks). Luckily for us we have really sweet sleeping bags. Wednesday night was the wake for Emily Specchio. I have not been to a wake in many years and it was pretty emotional. I could not help but notice all of the people that kept streaming in. To know that Emily had touched so many people in just 21 years is pretty amazing. Amazing, but not surprising.
After hearing that Emily had died I was trying to think of a way to help remember her through stories. I am a blogger so I came up with a place where her friends could post stories and pictures. My hope is to wait a while, them print it out in book format to give to her family. Here is the site.

The funeral was Thursday and the rest of the weekend I spent recovering from the trip and getting wedding invitations together to send out. Looks like 175 invitations were printed and I was running 2 printers in parallel, you'll have to check the 'Wedding Planning Groom' site for more information on that, see the link to the right.
Well it is a new week and the weather is finally warming up. Rumor has it Ultimate Frisbee will be starting next Thursday night, I can't wait!
